Material
After graduating from Political Science in Paris, Chad Chenouga returned to the Cours Florent, where he studied acting. In 1990, he appeared in the TV series Sixième gauche, then in Bertrand Blier's Un, deux, trois, soleil in 1993. At the same time, he directed three short films: Poison rouge in 1992, Batala in 1994 and L'attache in 1996. With 17, rue bleue, released in 2001, Chad Chenouga directed his first feature film. De toutes mes forces, released in 2016-2017, is his second film. Set in contemporary times, it picks up in part on the plot of his play La Niaque, set thirty-five years ago in a single-sex home. He is a member of the 50/50 collective, which aims to promote gender equality and diversity in the film and audiovisual industries. In 2018, he is president of the jury of the Festival Films Courts de Dinan.
