TRAILER
A screenwriter for animated series (Geronimo Stilton, Le Petit Nicolas, Le Petit Prince, Oum le Dauphin Blanc, Nils Holgersson, etc.), writing director and author of literary bibles, Diane Morel writes for preschool and upper preschool series as well as for children aged 6-10.
Perfectly bilingual, she is one of the rare French scriptwriters to be able to write directly in English. Her experience as a literary editor (with Marathon and Planet Nemo) and as a writing consultant for Rita et Machin (Planet Nemo / Gallimard) make her an ideal partner for developments and adaptations. She has also written two feature-length screenplays, Skye and Sous le Pont, both of which were semi-finalists for the Prix Sopadin, and won the 2000 Prix Kieslowski for her short film Les bûchers qu'on ignore (Nada), co-written and co-directed with Vanessa Bertran.
Her What's the big idea? project, which she developed and directed, won the 2010 Best Creativity Award at SICAF in Seoul.
