TRAILER

Gaëlle Baron has been an active director, scriptwriter and editor since the late 1990s. She has directed several short films, such as “Au milieu de la nuit” (2002) and “La Course” (2005), which have been selected at numerous festivals.
Between 1996 and 1998, she headed up the editing and casting department at the Telema production company, and took part in a number of editing projects, notably for short television features, making-of and short-film projects.
From the late 2000s onwards, Gaëlle Baron devoted herself to her first passion: writing. For almost twenty years, she has regularly been in charge of scripts for French TV series, for both public and private channels. Thanks to her writing flexibility, she is in demand for children's animation projects (“CO2” in 2003, “Lola & Virginia” in 2006), comedy (“Fais pas ci, fais pas ça” in 2011, “Joséphine Ange Gardien” in 2017), drama (“Famille d'accueil” from 2011 to 2015) and crime (“Section de recherche” from 2016 to 2020). She directed the writer's room for the daily series “Demain nous appartient”, writing 147 episodes between 2017 and 2018.
In 2020, she is working with Canada and Portugal on two mini-series, one romantic and one political-psychoanalytical. She is currently developing several projects, the latest being the mini-series “Suzanne” for the RTS channel.
