Born in Paris in 1973, prestidigitator, mountaineer and acrobat Thomas Salvador is the director of six short fiction films, selected and awarded at numerous festivals including the Directors' Fortnight in Cannes for his short film “Petits Pas” in 2004, and the Prix Jean-Vigo for “De Sortie” in 2006.
A resident at the Médicis in Rome since October 2005, he took the time to write his first feature film, “Vincent n'a pas d'écailles”, which was selected for release in 2015 at over forty festivals in France and abroad. His second feature, “La Montagne”, was released in 2022.
